David Altmejd, a sculptor based in New York, is seeking a fabricator with in-depth experience in mold-making/casting and woodworking. Must have documented experience working in artist’s studio, fabrication shop, or a related field.
This is a project-based position that will begin as soon as possible, and end in February 2019.
Responsibilities
Conceiving, engineering, and executing complex multi-part molds
Working closely with a small team to produce work intelligently and efficiently
Requirements
Applicants should be available to work 4-5 days a week. Hourly rate commensurate with experience.
