LeBasse Projects, a creative / public art consulting firm seeks a full-time Director of Operations. Position oversees staff and general office operations, as well as liaise directly with clients regarding payments, invoicing and contracts. Must be able to provide availability outside working hours upon occasion.
Office Hours: Monday-Thursday, 10am-4pm, Flexible in-office

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Oversee general financials, creation and administration of budgets
Executing company payroll with bookkeeper
Creating and implementing contracts with clients and artists
Working with insurance broker to create COIs for all projects
Coordinating and overseeing office organization and maintenance
Upkeep of office supply inventory
Managing all office correspondence, calendar and deadlines
Assisting project managers with scheduling fabrication/packing/shipping/various project specifics when needed
Coordinating travel for Founder/Creative Director and staff as needed
Initiating better business practices
Research and report on health insurance options, should they be acquired by the company
Research and implement software of other tools to improve company efficiency
Knowledge and implementation of Human Resources practices
Qualifications:
Strong bookkeeping and finance administration background
Must have at least 3 years bookkeeping experience with Quickbooks
Ability to multitask with a high level of attention to accuracy and detail
Excellent written, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Exceptional time management and flexibility in day-to-day schedule
Ability to work independently and effectively with excellent follow-through
Extensive knowledge and interest in contemporary art is preferred
