We are a large and dynamic interdisciplinary studio and are looking for an HR Recruiter to support the activity of the team finding the right talents for the projects developed by the studio and be in charge of the entire recruiting process.
Our management team is looking for a highly motivated, proactive person, who has a meticulous, structured and pragmatic work style. Someone interested in art, architecture and creative practices is a great plus. If you are interested in the multiple facets of an artist studio, we are looking forward to receiving your application!
About us
The Studio Tomás Saraceno is an ongoing research entity founded by the artist Tomás Saraceno and driven by his visions, informed by the worlds of art, architecture, natural sciences, astrophysics and engineering; his floating sculptures, community projects and interactive installations propose and explore new, sustainable ways of inhabiting and sensing the environment.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Coordinating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and set up interview appointments between the chosen candidates and the hiring manager;
Understanding of the organization and its staffing needs;
Leading the staffing efforts of a company and building a strong workforce that adds to the company’s bottom line;
Following up on the interview process status;
Requirements
You have successfully completed your studies or training and have proven work experience as a Recruiter.
Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or any related field;
Fluent German and English with oral and written communication skills;
Adept understanding of where and how to locate candidates;
Knowledge of employment and labour law;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Knowledge of recruiting tools such as LinkedIn;
