We’re looking for a great multitasker interested in working with museums, galleries, brands, and nonprofits. Your role will support Cultural Counsel’s Vice President and Account Executive overseeing major fall exhibitions, art fairs, special projects, and galas.

Responsibilities
  • RSVP Management & Recaps

  • VIP Guest Correspondence

  • Pitch Tracking

  • PR Reports Client

  • Creating PDF Clips

  • Managing Google Cal

  • Creating Agendas

  • Conference Call Note Taking

  • Guest List Management

  • Check-In (On Occasion)

  • Journalist & Artist Research

  • Daily Recap to Supervisors

Requirements
  • Experience with Google Sheets

  • Basic Formatting Experience (Word, Excel, Gmail)

  • Interest in Journalism, Events, and Contemporary Art

  • Basic knowledge of New York art landscape (museums, galleries, blue chip artists)
