Adjective Art & Framing is looking for a dedicated, hard-working person to join our team as a Fine Art Logistics Coordinator.

Manage the daily scheduling & billing of artwork installs, deliveries, and pick-ups
This includes handling phone calls, emails, and text messages from a variety of entities (retail and wholesale clients, multiple internal departments, and shipping companies)
Produce bills of lading (BOLs) for all scheduled deliveries
Using our in-house tracking system, receive, log, and track incoming and outgoing artworks
Train art handlers on art tracking best practices
Open, inspect for damage, and identify incoming artwork
Assess artwork for conservation needs with salespeople, manage the tracking of conservation jobs, and communication with conservation vendors
Maintain storage area and racks for ease of use and cleanliness
Maintain billing for long-term storage customers
Schedule regular maintenance for in-house delivery vehicles
Daily 3S cleaning/organizing
1-3 years Handling, Packaging, and Installing Fine Art in a professional setting
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent time management skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Self motivated, self directed
Proficiency with web-based systems (G-Suite, Notion, Airtable, etc), additional programming or database system experience a plus
Ability to move, transport, and position items weighing up to 50lbs
