Musichead Gallery is seeking a full-time, on-site Shopify Assistant. The Shopify Assistant will be responsible for adding products and maintaining inventory on our Shopify ecommerce site. They will be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy of our website product availability through the integration to our POS system. The Shopify Assistant will also assist with all order fulfillment, returns and responding to customer inquiries. They must have strong communication skills, take direction along with possessing a proactive mindset with an ability to work well in a friendly, fast-paced, multi-tasked team environment. It is important that this person is assertive, resourceful, and extremely detail oriented.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited:
Manage and update all site product content on Shopify platforms, including preparing product photos using Adobe Photoshop.
Manage physical and digital Artist inventories.
Update site with gallery news, events, and blog posts.
Customer support and issue resolution when needed for the website.
Sales order fulfillment including packing and shipping online orders as soon as they come in.
Consistently review and report Google and Shopify analytics
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree required
2 years of Shopify experience - retail &/or art world preferred
Proficient in social platforms including Facebook/Instagram ads, Google Ads and Google My Business management
Knowledge of retail e-commerce sites and their connection to a POS system.
Proficient in Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud, & Canva.
Excellent writing and communication skills
