Oversee incoming RFPs and job requests, analyze for potential and risk
Work with Finance Department to allocate resources and space to support staff and projects
Oversee contracts and risk management issues
Provide performance reviews for department employees
Participate in joint reviews with Head of Logistics for crew employees
Assign projects to staff and oversee progress
Work with other department heads to resolve conflicts over resource allocation
Coordinate with other department heads to ensure smooth client-based services
Produce budgets as needed
Oversee and produce estimates
Complete and pass STA (Security Threat Assessment) application and verification
Possess a valid California driver’s license and a clean driving record at the time of, and for the duration of employment
At least 5 years’ experience in a management/coordinator position
At least 5 years’ experience in museum services/art services industry
Familiarity with construction sites and techniques
Ability to read and understand engineering and construction drawings
Ability to read and understand contracts
