Paisley Park seeks a Marketing & Sales Manager to lead all marketing and corporate event sales for Prince’s Paisley Park. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this is a full-time opportunity to work with a talented group at Prince’s iconic creative sanctuary and live event space in Chanhassen, Minnesota.
As the Marketing & Sales Manager, you will develop and execute innovative marketing and promotional strategies, drive corporate sales, and lead advertising and social media efforts for Paisley Park.
Creation and oversight of consumer and B2B event marketing and promotional strategies and plans for THE Paisley Park museum, live events, and recording studios.
Leadership of all digital, advertising, and social media campaigns.
Oversight of all social media initiatives and accounts
Management of all external marketing and advertising related agencies.
Prospect, secure, and oversee corporate events and private venue sales.
Collaborate on ticketing strategies, pricing, and group sales efforts.
Oversee external vendors and partners, including event marketing suppliers, caterers, décor companies, talent and entertainment.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including hotels, event
planning agencies, corporate partners, community groups, and local government decision makers.
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
5+ years progressive marketing or related experience
2+ management or relevant leadership experience
2+ years in corporate event sales
National Brand experience preferred.
Experience in museums, attractions, and/or cultural performance venues preferred.
Base salary + bonus commensurate with experience.
