Marketing & Sales Manager

Paisley Park seeks a Marketing & Sales Manager to lead all marketing and corporate event sales for Prince’s Paisley Park. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this is a full-time opportunity to work with a talented group at Prince’s iconic creative sanctuary and live event space in Chanhassen, Minnesota.

As the Marketing & Sales Manager, you will develop and execute innovative marketing and promotional strategies, drive corporate sales, and lead advertising and social media efforts for Paisley Park.

Responsibilities
  • Creation and oversight of consumer and B2B event marketing and promotional strategies and plans for THE Paisley Park museum, live events, and recording studios.

  • Leadership of all digital, advertising, and social media campaigns.

  • Oversight of all social media initiatives and accounts

  • Management of all external marketing and advertising related agencies.

  • Prospect, secure, and oversee corporate events and private venue sales.

  • Collaborate on ticketing strategies, pricing, and group sales efforts.

  • Oversee external vendors and partners, including event marketing suppliers, caterers, dĂ©cor companies, talent and entertainment.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including hotels, event

planning agencies, corporate partners, community groups, and local government decision makers.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)

  • 5+ years progressive marketing or related experience

  • 2+ management or relevant leadership experience

  • 2+ years in corporate event sales

  • National Brand experience preferred.

  • Experience in museums, attractions, and/or cultural performance venues preferred.

  • Base salary + bonus commensurate with experience.
