Part Time Assistant to Global Gallery Director-

Position starts in May- Sept, Oct and could become permanent.

At least 2 Years relevant experience is required.

Position entails 2-3 days per week, 10am - 6pm.

$20 (Hourly)


Responsibilities include assisting director with all areas of business including administrative duties, meeting notes, memos, and organization. Some graphic design skills a plus. Social media and marketing skills a plus.


Must be very organized, flexible, good at multi tasking, familiar with traveling around NYC. Needs excellent working knowledge of art and art world. Writing skills a huge plus.

Some familiarity and literacy in crypto-currency and blockchain required.


The primary job responsibilities include:

  • Attending a back-to-back schedule of meetings with director and keeping a detailed log of notes - Drafting and distributing memos among relevant team-leaders, and keeping a schedule of deadlines, reminders, etc.

  • Assisting Director with administrative tasks by organizing calendars, coordinating meetings, tracking and confirming shipping logistics, and various admin. support.

  • Managing appointments and calendar for events and travel.

  • Organizing travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries, including: flights, hotels, cars, and reservations.

Must be proficient in Office Suite and able to work with spreadsheets.

Graphic design experience a plus.
