Art Solutions & Installations, LLC has provided comprehensive fine art services to galleries, museums, artists, interior designers, auction houses, architects, and private collectors for over fifteen years. Our company seeks a well-organized, self-starter to serve as the scheduler. This position’s primary focus is to schedule new appointments and make sure all details for projects are being taken into consideration.
Answer phones and scheduling appointments for local projects.
Serve as project manager for larger projects.
Manage daily appointments.
Manage schedule with appropriate staff and trucks.
Generate estimates for future projects
Call clients to confirm appointments and details.
Keep track of projects and their specific needs.
Respond to all requests via email and phone in an appropriate time frame.
Prepare staff with project information
High School Diploma or GED
Excellent telephone, and email communication skills.
1-2 years of administrative experience.
High-speed data entry, including 10-key.
Knowledge and aptitude of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
Professional and pleasant attitude.
Able to work in a team environment and interact positively with team members.
Ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
Possess strong fundamental computer skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional multitasking, time management & prioritization.
Must be a self-starter with project management capabilities.
Excellent grammar, spelling, proofreading, and research skills.
Previous call center experience is strongly preferred.
Experience with QuickBooks software.
Sound judgment, initiative, and good decision-making.
