Working alongside the Project Managers, the Shipping Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with managing high volume accounts, client communication, estimating, shuttle scheduling, booking, project managing and invoicing.
The Shipping Coordinator will assist with ensuring that projects are completed on time, within the predefined scope and within the agreed upon budget. Projects will be tailored to the specific needs of each client as the Packengers services auction houses, galleries, and private clients.
The Shipping Coordinator will work with other members of the Packengers team (Operations Manager, Crating Manager, etc.) to ensure that all aspects of a project are efficiently completed.
The Shipping Coordinator will also perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner.
