The V&A’s Marketing Department is responsible for building the V&A brand across the UK and globally, promoting the V&A’s world-famous exhibitions, galleries and activity with integrated, innovative and high impact campaigns, to attract and develop audiences across V&A sites.
(Fixed term maternity cover contract, approx. 9 months)
We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager for Families and Learning to join our busy department. You will lead on marketing strategy and implementation for the V&A Museum of Childhood across all audiences, and additionally for the V&A’s family, learning and education programmes at the V&A South Kensington.
It is essential that you have first-rate strategic marketing planning and project management ability. As a marketer with strong experience of marketing to learning and education audiences, you will also bring a wealth of essential skills to the role across social media, email and digital marketing. Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to creative problem solving are essential, as are fresh thinking and a strong understanding of methods of audience engagement. We’re looking for applicants from any consumer marketing background, not just the arts, who are passionate about promoting the V&A.
