Responsibilities
We are looking for a Designer to join OnOffice and ICON magazine. This exciting position involves working closely with the Art Director and editorial teams to shape the look and vision of each magazine. The successful candidate will take ownership for the design of OnOffice magazine and can expect to be involved in every aspect of the design process from start to finish. This role also includes the opportunity to work on the design of the established, highly reputed design and architecture magazine, Icon. As such you will be involved in maintaining the brands across all print, digital, and marketing material. Good communication skills, a passion for all aspects of design, plus experience of working on monthly publishing schedules is essential.
Requirements
You will have experience of working on print and/or online publications, come with boundless enthusiasm, creative flair and a keen eye for detail. It’s important you have a good understanding of current design trends, typography, magazine grids, and the ability to prioritise work. Your skillset will also include an excellent understanding of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Experience in picture researching, managing budgets, and digital design is a bonus. You’ll also enjoy being part of a busy and dynamic team, and thrive in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.
