Reporting to the Creative Director, the Art Director is a crucial part of the creative process and the overall success of the department. You will lead projects and must possess the ability to turn vision into reality via print, digital and video solutions. Success in this role is accompanied by passion for design, thoughtful approach and a constant challenge to think outside the box.
In depth conceptual and practical knowledge in creative services is required to lead projects and solve complex problems with minimal guidance. This role is responsible for acting as a resource to colleagues with less experience (H-D and contracted). You will be expected to develop applicable expertise on the Harley-Davidson brand, products and services as well as an understanding of the motorcycle industry and its consumers.
