The Fondation Beyeler is one of the internationally renowned and most visited museums in Switzerland. In accordance with the wishes of its founders, it is particularly committed to communicating art to the general public and to young people.
We are looking for a person in charge of leadership coordination as of 1 October 2019 or by arrangement 80%
Responsibilities
Telephone and written acceptance of requests for guided tours and events
Correspondence handling
Preparation of schedules and fee statements for the management team
Creation of participant lists, statistics and the event calendar (program, homepage)
Coordination and close cooperation with the art education, events, communication and sponsoring departments
Requirements
Commercial training
Proven professional experience
Good user knowledge of MS Office and databases, experience working with CMS systems advantageous
German with a good command of style, good knowledge of English and French, spoken and written
Pleasure in telephone and direct customer contact
Independent, structured and reliable way of working
Organisational talent, communicative skills and networked thinking
Commitment, flexibility and ability to work in a team
Interest in art and culture
