Draft marketing copy as needed
Research, develop and maintain media lists/databases
Read and monitor the media: track, clip, and share client press
Update media strategies: enter a high volume of data with accuracy
Create and update press kits with a strong sense of organization
Draft agendas for client calls; take notes on client calls and company meetings
Facilitate incoming press requests on behalf of clients
Create press clippings using CLP SRVR and Coverage Book, our press clipping tools
Arrange interviews, media appointments, and client meetings
Research, read, and synthesize a high volume of information from different sources in order to facilitate media outreach and strategy
Assist with drafting press materials including bios, fact sheets, etc.
Assist with event planning including organizing photography and caterers as well as preparing event materials like face pages and tip sheets
Attend client meetings and conference calls
Compose meeting minutes
Draft meeting agendas
Other duties consistent with the position
