Apartamento Studios is looking for highly organised and motivated Account Manager for our Barcelona office. Our ideal candidate is someone with minimum 3/5 years in a similar role, preferably with agency experience working in the creative industries. You can work well autonomously and have proven experience in building client relationships, while translating each project needs into a clear roadmap for the teams.
Responsible for developing and maintaining trusted relationships with clients and collaborators, understanding their needs at every stage of a project.
Strong communication skills, whether presenting the agency ideas to the client or briefing internal project teams, with high attention to detail orally, in writing and with numbers. Preferably native English or bilingual English/Spanish.
Experience managing small to large scale projects from initial scoping and negotiating, through development, to final delivery and billing.
Working collaboratively with our Design Director, in order to prepare budget based on scope of work and predict resource requirements to reach objectives.
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan, managing resources in an effective and efficient manner, while tracking projects’ costs in order to meet budgets.
Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the accounts/projects, with a close eye on deadlines.
Capable of reporting and analysing project performance, providing project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders within the company.
Think laterally and be prepared for a variety of circumstances.
You have a broad interest for design and creativity, and obviously an enthusiasm for Apartamento magazine and books.
