Alexander Gorlin Architects, an award-winning architecture firm involved in a wide range of projects from high-end residential to affordable housing and religious buildings, is looking for a recent college graduate to be the administrative assistant to Mr. Gorlin and to assist with marketing and publicity efforts.


Office management responsibilities to include:

  • Personal assistance to the Principal

  • General office administrative tasks

  • Database management

Marketing responsibilities to include:

  • Preparation of architectural proposal information

  • Assembling marketing materials for clients

  • Correspondence with publications

  • Preparation of award submissions

  • Image and PR archive management

  • Website & social media management


Skills required:

  • Must be highly organized, able to multi-task and able to work independently

  • Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, WordPress and MS Office

  • Ideal candidate should have excellent writing skills and interest in architecture and design.

  • Candidate must have prior paid work experience in a professional office.
