Alexander Gorlin Architects, an award-winning architecture firm involved in a wide range of projects from high-end residential to affordable housing and religious buildings, is looking for a recent college graduate to be the administrative assistant to Mr. Gorlin and to assist with marketing and publicity efforts.
Office management responsibilities to include:
Personal assistance to the Principal
General office administrative tasks
Database management
Marketing responsibilities to include:
Preparation of architectural proposal information
Assembling marketing materials for clients
Correspondence with publications
Preparation of award submissions
Image and PR archive management
Website & social media management
Skills required:
Must be highly organized, able to multi-task and able to work independently
Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, WordPress and MS Office
Ideal candidate should have excellent writing skills and interest in architecture and design.
Candidate must have prior paid work experience in a professional office.
