David Kordansky Gallery seeks a highly motivated, extremely organized, and collaborative individual to join our team as Archivist. Reporting to the Director, Marketing and Communications, the Archivist is a critical, cross-departmental role, responsible for leading a range of significant functions of the Marketing and Communications team, including management and intake of all printed and digital press archives; maintenance of artist CVs; organization of physical book inventory and storage; oversight of online book shop and sales; project management for art book fairs; and coordination of image permissions and captions for publications. This position is a full-time role, Monday through Friday, and may require flexibility for additional hours based on the needs of the gallery. A generous benefits package is offered.
