.Ability to work a flexible schedule and additional hours as needed for client viewings, openings and events.
.The position includes keeping inventory, managing our online a platforms Artsy and your website. Strong follow-up skills with the customer .
.Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
Compile and organize all shipping-related ,paperwork (i.e. releases, COA ) and Manage a credit card machine).
Pack artworks for shipment and storage.
.Must be able to work independent , mornings, evenings, weekends and Holidays as is necessary.
.It is very important to be punctual.

Qualifications
.You must have previous experience from an art gallery and an understanding of the art market.
With first-hand sales experience in the art world.
.Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills, including superior written and spoken communication.
.The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate for art and have strong sales skills .
.Background check compliance
.Work permit in USA
