Art Shuttle & Logistics Account Project Coordinator

Gander and White specializes in the domestic and world-wide movement of high-value works of art and fine objects.

As part of the company’s continuing growth, we are seeking an Experienced Full-Time Art Shuttle / Logistics Account Manager for our Art Shuttle Department

A significant experience in our field ( Shipping and Logistics ) and the Art World is necessary .

This position is in our office located in Long Island City, Queens NYC. The candidate will work in our office in Long Island City, Ny from Monday to Friday at regular Business Hours .

The applicant must be a self-starter & must possess real administrative, organizational and communication skills. A professional & friendly customer service skill set is a must as this person will be dealing directly with the clients on the phone or in person frequently. A strong business sense is also a key asset.

We are looking for a candidate who is a strong multitasker, can work with a team and excellent customer service sense.

Negotiable salary will be based on experience. Full benefits offered for this position ( Medical, Dental, Vision , STD, LTD, Paid Time Off, 401-K Plan )

Responsibilities

The candidate will handle all our Domestic Art Shuttle Estimates / Coordination / Invoicing and Customer Service for our large variety of customers including Galleries / Collectors / Institutions / Auction Houses and Trade Accounts.

The candidate will handle 2 shuttles with regular weekly departures.

Requirements

A minimum experience of 2 years in our field will be required for this position.
