A well established art logistics and storage company has an opening for an Assistant Account Manager

Responsibilities
  • Perform clerical tasks for account managers

  • Preparing and processing documents

  • Answering calls and correspondence

  • Assist in managing schedules

  • Provide simple job estimates to clientele

  • Inventory data entry

  • Run errands as needed

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess a CA driver’s license and have

reliable transportation.

  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency with PC computers, ability to interact with

basic spreadsheets and databases, shared docs and

calendars.

  • Possess the abilities and processes of working well with

one or more people to accomplish a common goal
