A multidisciplinary cultural institution with a global reach, dedicated to all forms of modern and contemporary art, the Georges Pompidou National Center for Art and Culture welcomes more than 3 million visitors a year and employs over a thousand employees.
The production department is responsible for managing the artistic and cultural activities of the Pompidou Center, designed and programmed by the departments and directorates, or in liaison with the associated organizations. It ensures the implementation budget, legal and technical, and guarantees the respect of schedules.
The audiovisual production service, through the diversity of its functions: - production / post-production, production, rights management, operation, maintenance, photo, management, archiving, documentation, distribution, consulting - is in the transition and hub of the audiovisual activities of the center. This service is composed of 29 agents.
Under the operational responsibility of the documentalist / archivist and under the hierarchical responsibility of the head of department, the apprentice will be able to intervene on:
The management of a database
The documentation of the productions (images and sounds)
the archiving of production files
the renaming of all productions of the Audiovisual Production Service for better access and consistency
the support of requests for research, consultation (internal and external) and audiovisual rights
Contract alternation for a period of one year from the beginning of September 2019.
The audiovisual production department is looking for a student in audiovisual documentation and digital archives pursuing an academic training of the type of multimedia or digital documentary
