The Co-Manager, Art Production is responsible for directly supervising the production operations of Wonderspaces shows which includes the setup, teardown, and maintenance of all artworks. Armed with the company’s best practices, you will assist the General Manager in leading and training the team to embody Wonderspace’s mission and values. Additional responsibilities may include inventory management, production/maintenance, team administration, and information systems. A close attention to detail, superior management skills, and a dedication to implementing and improving best practices are vital to success in this role.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Responsibilities
Deliver an extraordinary visitor experience and improve it over time
Oversee all artwork maintenance and components., including inventory management
Partner with HQ team on all artwork documentation and best practices
Supervise and train artwork guides to execute all aspects of Wonderspaces shows while exceeding our quality standards
Support various functions of the overall show experience, across all departments (including but not limited to: artwork guide, ticketing, reception, customer service, maintenance, and bar/shop sales)
Maintain working conditions of cleaning equipment and tools.
Troubleshoot and repair systems as required to maintain efficient operation throughout the venue.
Inventory management including but not limited to- ordering materials as needed and monitoring costs and deliveries.
Adhere to and improve company standards and processes
On a rotating basis, manage additional operational processes as required
Requirements
Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local laws and best practices to ensure visitor and team safety
Willing and able to work onsite in a fast-paced environment with flexible working hours, including nights and weekends.
Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
Proficient with technology, including Google Suite and Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills (written and oral) and comfortable teaching others frequently
A listener that is able to turn feedback into action
A self-starting multi-tasker that can handle the pressure of several large assignments at once and at high-speed
Strong collaborator, executor;
Experience leading projects
Resourceful and inquisitive with an entrepreneurial spirit
Comfortable or open to learning how to operate forklifts, scissor lifts, ladders, etc.
Familiar with general hand tools such as hammer, drill, etc. Experience and Skills
2+ years of management experience
Experience in the arts or events preferred
