We seek a mid-level, visionary, detail-oriented Community Manager to work collaboratively with our team and closely with Visions2030 founder to maintain and nurture our network and community and to develop key partnerships through strategic outreach.
Responsibilities
Have 3-5 year experience in comparable role
A “people person” who can communicate with sensitivity and empathy
Familiar with interdisciplinary communities at the intersection of arts, tech, and social justice
Have previous success building capital campaigns, fundraising, or implementing other large-scale public outreach
Familiar with online community landscape, such as Twitter and Clubhouse
Have knowledge of best practices for contact management and database management software, familiarity with AirTable is a plus
Experience and knowledge in crypto and DAOs is a plus
Requirements
Assist Founder and Executive Director in maintaining communication with Advisory Council
Maintain open levels of communication
Organize ongoing events around Visions2030 discussions
Help plan and co-host cultivation events
Develop a highly original partnership plan, act as liaison with possible supporters
Develop and implement strategies to nurture, innovate, and activate our larger community
Cultivate meaningful relationships and partnerships with new like-minded individuals, organizations, and start-ups
Draft language to deepen engagement and help innovate, experiment, and create the best user journey for our events
Help establish / maintain a social media platform where ideas can be shared within our community
Track and maintain database of leads and relationships
Support in designing strategic planning for Visions2030 growth
