We are looking for an Art Curator who is inspired by the opportunity to design and curate world-class art collections with one of the country’s premier Art Consulting companies. We prioritize unique, original art, and ensure all staff members have the time to explore art & design trends in their project locations, research new and emerging artists, and elevate narratives and artists from historically marginalized communities.
Each Curator manages their own portfolio of projects, with clients ranging from hotels and corporate offices to Community Arts Plans and public art projects. Curators are responsible for joining early sales meetings to explain our process and help set a realistic budget and timeline for projects; fully own the first two stages of our four stage process by developing a vision and project roadmap that meets the client’s unique needs, and curating an incredible art collection; and partnering with an Acquisitions Lead who will ensure the collection is accurately purchased, prepared, and installed.
The person in this role will be managed by the COO, Adele Grundies, and will be mentored by our Chief Curator, Molly Casey. The Curator can work remotely from any of the following areas: Seattle, WA; Atlanta, GA; and Charlotte, NC. We are headquartered in Denver and are looking to expand our staff presence into our target markets. Our beautiful Seattle office, a houseboat on Portage Bay, is available for workspace or client meetings. Some travel is required for out-of-state projects.
