Since 2007, COD - Compagnie Olivier Dubois has been developing choreographic creation projects. With more than fifteen original creations in her repertoire, she broadcasts Olivier Dubois’ works in France, Europe and internationally. The projected volume of representations for 2020 is 80 dates. A Franco-Egyptian creation is currently under development with many international partnerships.

COD is also involved in numerous participatory projects and transmission activities, particularly in the Ile-de-France region.

The Company is supported by the DGCA (Ministry of Culture and Communication). Olivier Dubois is an associate artist at CENTQUATRE-Paris and the Paul Eluard Theater in Bezons.


In close collaboration and under the authority of Olivier Dubois, the

director supervises a team of production and distribution managers (with variable geometry depending on the project).

He / she ensures the following main missions around the activities of the company (production, distribution and transmission):

The general administrative and financial, fiscal and legal management of the structure and activities

  • Development and control of the general budget of the company (global and analytical),

  • Management and monitoring of productions, touring and transmission activities: finding partners, preparing and setting up production budgets, regularly monitoring budgets and cash flow, logistics follow-up,

  • Contractualization of sales, co-productions and various partnerships (residences, making available, …),

  • Recruitment and supervision of staff (intermittent and trainees) necessary for the activity, coordination of artistic and technical teams,

  • Establishment of contracts of work (CDDU, CDD, trainees, …) and monitoring of payroll and social obligations,

  • Follow-up of the general and analytical accounting in connection with the accounting firm,

  • Contact of the accounting firm and the auditor (supervision of the preparation of annual accounts), the bank (credit line negotiation) and

customers and suppliers (tracking receipts and payments),

  • Drafting of the activity reports, preparation of the CA and GA of the Company,

  • Management of the legal obligations: follow-up of the licenses, statutory life of the association, (declarations in prefecture, writing of the minutes of AG), follow-up of the payment copyrights to collecting organizations,

  • More generally represents the association vis-à-vis third parties.

Relations with institutional and financial partners

  • Drafting, instruction and follow-up of grant application files and calls for projects, consistent with the support policies of each partner,

  • Drafting of activity reports and reports of exploitation,

  • More generally commitment in the reflection on the development strategy of the Company (search for a location) and its possible funding, public and private.

  • Level Bac + 5 or equivalent experience,

  • Knowledge of the networks of performing arts, broadcasting networks and various procedures of public institutions,

  • Control of the accounting framework, ensuring proper monitoring of the activities of the structure,

  • Good legal knowledge, accounting and budgetary (administrative and budgetary rigor),

  • Mastery of project management, relational faculty and sense of teamwork and initiatives (sense of contact and priorities),

  • Good editorial and verbal quality,

  • Mastery of IT tools / internet / (Word, Excel, …),

  • Knowledge of essential English (other languages ​​will be a plus),

  • Mobility, autonomy and availability.

Proven professional experience in the field of production / administration in the field of live performance and operational knowledge of the network (at least 5 years of similar experience in the artistic and cultural sector).
