Musichead Gallery is a destination for music, art, and culture. We are looking for a creative, hands-on Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our primary digital channels while helping us grow brand awareness, drive traffic, and build community. This part-time role is designed to transition into a full-time position with expanded responsibilities in paid advertising and eCommerce.
Key Responsibilities
Build and deploy 2–4 campaigns per month in Mailchimp
Manage segmentation, automated flows, and list growth
Report monthly on open rates, clicks, and conversions
Create and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with exhibitions, product drops, and events
Design 2–3 posts per week (static and short-form video)
Engage with followers and foster community retention
Maintain and update business profiles monthly
Post events, product highlights, and gallery updates
Monitor and respond to reviews
Ensure consistency across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
Track visibility and local engagement metrics
Support ad campaigns (setup, basic optimization, and reporting)
Monitor performance metrics and ROAS
Update website content, event pages, and blog posts
Design graphics for email campaigns, social posts, and business profiles
Requirements
3+ years of digital marketing experience with measurable results
Proven Mailchimp experience
Strong organic social content creation skills
Paid social advertising experience
Experience managing business profiles
Graphic design proficiency (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent)
Experience updating and maintaining CMS-based websites

What We Offer
