POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Executive Vice President, the SAE will be responsible for day-to-day execution of client social media and digital campaigns, support of advancing the social media and digital service offering, the agencies social media channels, and helping to market the agency including developing business development presentations with the EVP and CEO, as well as managing contributing to client marketing programs.
PRIMARY FUNCTION/POSITION SUMMARY:
Lead and execute Digital Marketing campaigns—inclusive of social media, influencer engagement, digital advertising, e-marketing and beyond—for major international clients and the agency
Develop a clear understanding of our clients’ key business and challenges in relation to social/digital strategy; maintain excellent client relationships; and look for creative and strategic ways to solve their problems
Continually refine FITZ & CO’s Social Media offering to meet industry demands and leverage emerging trends and technologies
Oversee FITZ & CO’s social media and digital platforms to ensure that the agency’s social media and digital presence reflect current agency positioning and business goals
Develop digital marketing campaigns and initiatives designed to raise awareness of FITZ & CO among target audiences, and market the firm, its clients and service offerings
Support business development through the creation of dynamic materials
Contribute to the marketing team’s overall service offering
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (Duties include but are not limited to the following):
Lead the execution of FITZ & CO’s social media service offering for various clients and the agency, including but not limited to content strategy, content creation, digital storytelling, community management, paid social media advertising, social listening, and influencer marketing
Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of social media programs in an effort to maximize results and return on investment for clients and the agency
Manage the social and digital service offering for relevant clients; deliver the highest quality product on budget and in a timely manner
Identify and engage social media influencers and content creators; broker relationships between influencers and clients, including drafting of contracts, scopes of work, and on-site relationship management
Develop and/or maintain all of FITZ & CO’s digital marketing assets including language, analytics, testimonials, case studies, and visuals used in capability decks, proposals, presentations and on the website
Develop content for Executive Team’s personal channels, as needed
Facilitate coordination with webmaster concerning backend website updates and maintenance
Execute successful email marketing campaigns
Support business development by maintaining and improving the agency’s website, developing and improving business development decks in PowerPoint (language and imagery), maintaining new biz/dev tracking materials, including but not limited to, the pipeline in Salesforce
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit, manage and oversee Social Media Intern
We are looking for a candidate with 6-8 years of experience with digital/social media account management, who has the following skills, experience and interests:
General
Experience developing and implementing social media, email, digital and integrated marketing campaigns from planning through content creation, and detailed analytic reporting
Ability to create visually, dynamic digital and social media content is essential
A demonstrated passion for and superb understanding of the social media landscape, preferably in the context of the art world
A deep interest in technology and identifying emerging platforms and trends to drive innovation
Experience in development of marketing decks and presentations
Previous agency experience and art world experience are a plus
Digital Skills & Expertise
Extensive experience creating content for all popular digital platforms, as well as a detailed knowledge of each platform’s tools and functionalities. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn required; YouTube, Vimeo, TikTok, Snapchat, and WeChat a plus
Ability to measure and analyze key digital metrics (follower growth, impressions, engagement, share of voice, SEO, CTR, etc.) and experience use reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Instagram - Insights and Sprout Social to report on whether a campaign was successful
Understanding for and ability to use WordPress software to update and manage the agency’s website
A deep understanding of digital advertising, inclusive of best practices, relevant tools and platforms, all pertinent metrics and how to report on said metrics and the success of a campaign
Ability to contribute to e-marketing campaigns using the Vertical Response application
Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Suite and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
Experience with video/ video editing programs is a plus

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Team members are required to be available often before and after company’s normal office hours (M-F, 10-6), and on weekends
Must adopt and make daily use of office systems such as time tracking (Harvest) and CRM (Salesforce), Dropbox
Occasional travel including internationally
