OVERVIEW: Our department is growing! These positions are in a high-volume catalog environment with extremely tight turnaround times. Responsible for performing photo retouching and color correction on product/still life images in a high-volume catalog environment. Candidates must submit a portfolio or examples of their work to be in consideration.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Individuals must work in a high-volume catalog environment with extremely tight turnaround times. Must be available to work overtime and/or weekends with the ability to maintain an established work schedule.

Responsibilities
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Color correcting images for product matching
Proof to web and print proficiently from RGB to CMYK to meet print industry standards
Utilize masking, selections, and adjustment layers
Demonstrate skills in recognizing color, understanding retouching language
Using an automated workflow system
Other duties may be assigned
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Experience with color correction, knocking out backgrounds, and retouching
A high level of initiative in problem-solving
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high volume environment
Strong work ethic, results-oriented, and proactive
Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented
Ability to partner well with cross-functional team members and on-site clients
Excels independently and in a team setting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Premiere and After Effects a plus
Requirements
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
2 to 4+ years of photo retouching and color correction
Experience in e-commerce photo production
