Applicants should be organized and detail-oriented. Knowledge of materials and a basic understanding sculptural techniques is required. Applicants with experience working with metals will be prioritized.

Responsibilities include assisting the artist and the studio in all aspects of fabrication and production.

Requirements

• Candidates should have experience working in a shop or studio environment and feel comfortable using power tools.

• Have a cursory understanding of mold making, casting, metal working, metal finishing, and wood working.

• Be able to lift 50 lbs

• Applicants with experience using a rotary tool such as a Dremel or Foredom will be prioritized

• Valid drivers license is a plus
