We are seeking a highly organized and proactive executive assistant to support the Co-Founder/CEO of Superchief Gallery. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. The executive assistant will be responsible for managing the CEO’s schedule, coordinating meetings and travel, and assisting with various projects as needed.

This is a part-time to full-time opportunity.

  • Manage the CEO’s schedule and appointments, including coordinating meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements

  • Provide support for various projects and initiatives, including research, data entry, and document preparation

  • Maintain and organize the CEO’s files and documents

  • Assist with the preparation of meeting notes, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed

  • Disseminate meeting notes and project information to relevant team members

  • Act as a gatekeeper and handle confidential information with discretion

  • Manage the Superchief Gallery NFT’s email and phone, responding to inquiries and requests as needed

  • Assist with event coordination and vendor management

  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

  • 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency with Slack and Google Suite

  • Experience with project management and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Available some nights and weekends for events

  • Proficiency with Monday (or another project management software) and Shopify is a plus

  • Familiarity with the NFT art industry is a plus
