We are seeking a highly organized and proactive executive assistant to support the Co-Founder/CEO of Superchief Gallery. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. The executive assistant will be responsible for managing the CEO’s schedule, coordinating meetings and travel, and assisting with various projects as needed.
This is a part-time to full-time opportunity.
Manage the CEO’s schedule and appointments, including coordinating meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements
Provide support for various projects and initiatives, including research, data entry, and document preparation
Maintain and organize the CEO’s files and documents
Assist with the preparation of meeting notes, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed
Disseminate meeting notes and project information to relevant team members
Act as a gatekeeper and handle confidential information with discretion
Manage the Superchief Gallery NFT’s email and phone, responding to inquiries and requests as needed
Assist with event coordination and vendor management
Perform other administrative tasks as needed
3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Slack and Google Suite
Experience with project management and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Available some nights and weekends for events
Proficiency with Monday (or another project management software) and Shopify is a plus
Familiarity with the NFT art industry is a plus
