Seeking an experienced, high-end gilder with a developed skill for speed and accuracy when working with gold metal leaf/real karat gold. We would expect someone with a highly trained hand in burnishing, applying tone, shellac and lacquer. A keen eye for sheen & texture is a must. Must be able to provide an antique leafed look, as well as a contemporary clean finish on furniture and picture frames. The ability to leaf on glass is a plus. This is a full time position, available immediately. Compensation based on experience.
