Good Mother Gallery, an established contemporary art gallery in Los Angeles, is seeking a dynamic and personable Gallery Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone with strong public speaking skills, a personable demeanor, and an engaged presence suited for a client-facing environment.

As the public face of the gallery during open hours, you’ll welcome visitors, lead exhibition tours, and provide a professional yet approachable experience for artists, collectors, and the general public. You’ll also support the daily operations of the gallery, including assisting with logistics, exhibition prep, and artist coordination.

We’re looking for someone who sees this position not just as a job, but as an opportunity to grow within the gallery, build meaningful relationships, and establish their presence in the Los Angeles art scene.

This is a part time position: Thursdays-Saturdays 11am-5pm. Must also be available for occasional Saturday evening opening receptions.
