Caira Moreira Projects is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Gallery Intern to support ongoing operations in a dynamic contemporary art environment. This is a remote, part-time internship designed for students seeking college credit and hands-on experience in gallery management, artist relations, and art sales.

This internship is ideal for students looking to gain meaningful experience in the contemporary art space while contributing to an active and growing gallery program.

Responsibilities

Assist with sales outreach and maintain client communications using CRM tools

Support social media strategy, including content creation and scheduled posting

Liaise with artists to coordinate updates, materials, and communications

Update and maintain website content (exhibitions, artist pages, news, etc.)

Provide general administrative and operational support for remote gallery activities

Assist with preparation for exhibitions, with the possibility of onsite support during openings

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a college or university program (eligible for academic credit)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Interest in contemporary art and gallery operations

Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital tools

Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setting

Experience with CRM systems, website platforms, or design tools is a plus but not required
