Human Resources

Requirements:

• Multiple HR disciplines, including benefits, employee relations, employment law, compliance and payroll. Confidentiality and integrity. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to manage anti-racism, inclusion, diversity, and access initiatives.

• A strong history of related HR experience plus professional certifications, or formal education, will be considered. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field preferred.

• PHR, SPHR or similar certification, a plus.

• Proficiency in MS Office Programs.

• Possess superior organizational skills and high detail orientation.

• Higher Ed, Non-Profit, Union and/or Theatre/Performing Arts experience preferred.

Previous working knowledge of payroll procedures and processing preferred.

Salary Range: $51K - $55K, Full Time, Exempt
