Junior Account Manager


A&O is currently seeking enthusiastic and media-savvy applicants for a Junior Account Manager position. Strong research and communication skills, ability to prioritize to meet shifting deadlines, and experience using Google Drive and Excel/Google Sheets are critical. Must have an ability to make strategic connections. The Jr. Account Manger will assist with administrative duties for several accounts under the direction of the Account Manager.

This role is remote; therefore, the ideal applicant must be able to work and maintain productivity with limited supervision and be comfortable asking questions.

*Part time position with the option to advance to permanent full time after three months.


Conduct research on national media contacts in the following art, culture, and entertainment

Read, track, and clip relevant press in newspapers and websites

Database entry and organization

Prepare press materials for journalists

Conduct extensive media research

Create and organize press lists

Draft correspondence under the direction of the Account Manager

Social media content creation

Event calendar posting

Read and respond to emails promptly

Attend all relevant meetings and take detailed notes

Create meeting agendas

Send EOD recap emails to account leads
