SUMMARY: This position will help unpack, tag, and enter property information into the database. Strong writing and social media expertise is needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Studied knowledge of key luxury brands and styles, especially Hermes, Chanel, and Louis Vuitton
Computer competency and comfort in learning new programs
Working with Jira or other ticketing programs
Must be able to travel as needed
Though rare, work on weekends can be required. Must be flexible with accommodating needs of the auction and related previews/events
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
2+ years working in luxury accessories, preferably in a similar capacity, i.e., condition reporting or writing content for e-commerce
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook
Social Media experience preferred
Prior experience in an auction house, preferred
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Individuals must be able to work independently and manage productivity to meet tight turnaround deadlines.
