The Manager of Engagement Revenue reports to the Associate Director and works closely with them on data, reporting, and analytics projects. They support the Engagement Revenue team with data processing and similarly support Engagement initiatives related to revenue, customer service, and programming.

Responsibilities

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the Associate Director in the development of data-driven membership acquisition, retention, and upgrade strategies

  • Work closely with External Affairs Operations to maintain data hygiene, consistent reporting across teams, and ongoing data overlay of member database

  • Ensure digital transaction systems are administered correctly and efficiently, including events, discounts/promo codes, and membership/annual fund PLUs

  • Management of campaign data including list pulls for all member solicitations

  • Manage data collection, tracking, reporting, data cleanliness, and analysis for all department initiatives including revenue, customer service, and engagement projects

  • Work closely with the Associate Director to manage and monitor ongoing reports to evaluate efficacy, across channels, for all campaigns.

  • Collaborate with the Assistant Director to ensure ROI on campaign pieces is positive and is directly related to and affecting annual retention and renewal rates of members and donors.

  • Support the Member and Visitor Engagement team as needed by working any and all events or programming (lectures, workshops, classes, receptions) during the day, evening, and/or weekends.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 year’s experience in project management and writing.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills required.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams.

  • Superior communication skills, both written and oral.

  • Creative thinker and solution finder.

  • Demonstrated experience in taking initiative when planning and executing projects.

  • Outstanding organizational ability, accuracy, detail-oriented and accustomed to deadlines.

  • Attention to detail a must.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required, with an emphasis on strong Excel skills

  • Experience with Raiser’s Edge

  • Experience with and/or a strong desire to learn Tableau, and/or SQL

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.

  • Enthusiasm and desire to make an impact mandatory.
