We are looking to hire a marketing and communications manager to work within our Bath studio.
Construct has creative studios in Bath and London, who work collaboratively on a wide range of projects from branding, editorial, print and digital through to art direction and experiential. Our studios are small yet fast paced, with a friendly and passionate team.
Our portfolio is diverse, predominantly spanning hospitality, fashion and arts + culture sectors. Clients include: Aman, Boodles, Claridge’s, Corinthia Hotels, Frieze, COS, Harvey Nichols, Mulberry, Net-A-Porter, Self-Portrait and Selfridges.
We are looking for someone with a passion for design, lifestyle, luxury, hospitality, the arts and fashion; who is excited about the prospect of championing and showcasing the work Construct create and the universe which inspires it.
Located in Construct’s Central Bath creative studio with the opportunity to travel to the London studio as well as client and partner locations.
Responsibilities
Working alongside the design team to brief and publish visual content
Working alongside our PR agency and press to brief and publish written content
Working alongside the design team to commission/create project assets and case studies for publication, upon completion of each project
Supporting the account team with preparation of credentials, pitch presentations and communications research
Planning and management of Construct’s social platforms; Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn and MailChimp send outs to our database
Working to targets set by the business
Requirements
Must have demonstrable experience of the scope outlined above
2-5 years experience in media and communications
Visually confident and articulate
Good working knowledge of all digital / social platforms detailed above
A genuine passion for design, lifestyle, luxury, hospitality, the arts and fashion
Able to manage time well and confident working independently as well as part of a wider team
Confident copywriter
Salary £20–30k depending on experience.
