The Cultivist is looking for a highly organised and proactive candidate to join their New York team as a Member Liaison for the Americas. As a quickly growing business, The Cultivist is a fast-paced environment for learning about the art world. This position will provide the opportunity to work with a growing team and to learn more about the access The Cultivist provides for our members, in addition to the latest exhibitions and events taking place in the art world. The successful candidate will be both knowledgeable about the art world and capable of providing seamless access to our benefits for all Cultivist members.
Salary
$45000.00 to $50000.00 (Annual)
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Member Services
Ensure all members receive excellent service, dealing with complicated requests where necessary
Oversee the fulfillment of all member requests, making sure that all requests are carried out to the highest standard
Help manage member logistics for Cultivist Art Trips
Build and maintain relationships with our members
Attend all Cultivist encounters, making sure all members in attendance are looked after
Keep members engaged with our programming and benefits
Administration and Communications
Carefully track all member redemptions, from RSVPs, to private tours, art itineraries or general questions, among others
Work with the Events & Corporate Partnerships Manager to help manage our art fair and museum relationships
Assist the team with administrative tasks surrounding members
Prepare membership packages for new and renewing members
Manage the invitations and guest lists for The Cultivist’s encounters
Organize invitations to Partner events and facilitate our Partner Invite emails, as well as track RSVPs from our members to these events
Ideal requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Experience in client facing role, preferably in the luxury sector
Background in art is a big plus
Highly detail-oriented and organized
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Will take initiative to develop new strategies and creative ideas
Able to work efficiently and prioritize one’s workload
Able to manage multiple demands in fast-paced setting and turn projects around quickly
Personable and a team player
Enjoys working independently and with a team
Thorough understanding of our current members and our potential members (prospects)
Schedule:
9am to 6pm, Monday through Friday
Some additional hours may be necessary for events
