We’re on the hunt for an experienced graphic designer to join our small creative team. The designer will need to have a varied portfolio which showcases excellent attention to detail, design, typography and layout skills. The ability to design campaigns across multiple platforms is a must!

Working closely with OUTSIDE’S Creative Director, the designer will be responsible for the creation of all branding, experiential, print and packaging artwork from pitch/ brief stage through to execution/ delivery. The designer will need to be a motivated self-starter with a proven track record working to tight deadlines. They will need to show a positive, can-do attitude and take a collaborative approach working with others in a constructive way.

This role encourages curiosity and a degree of creative autonomy so the ability to problem solve and bring fresh ideas to the table is imperative. The designer should also take an active interest in graphic design and wider current trends.

Design touches every project, campaign, and event OUTSIDE produces so this role is fundamental to the smooth running of the agency, ensuring quality output at all times.

  • Proficient Adobe Suite knowledge including Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator

  • Experience working with print/ layout

  • Understanding of print and packaging processes

  • The ability to scale artwork for live events/ builds

  • Branding experience

  • Relentless curiosity in graphic design across key industries - fashion, sport, branding, experiential, typography and youth culture

  • Organised and diligent

  • Experience working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments

  • Sketch up or 3D software knowledge a bonus
