Responsibilities
Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, managing weekly sales goals with account managers, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
Requirements
Experienced in business administration, communications, or a related field.
2 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role.
Must have exceptional attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
Proficient in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office programs.
Proficient in client relationship cultivation strategies.
