The Art Design Project is looking for a motivated and outgoing professional (Miami based, ONLY) for the position of Office gallery assistant.
Candidate’s initial responsibilities include organizing online sales channels, maintaining our existing social media platforms, expanding online marketing strategies, and creating and executing graphic design campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Assist the director with all daily gallery tasks.
Cataloging art and managing inventory (physical and online).
Art handling, packing, shipping, and installation of artworks.
Some website design support.
Photographing and editing photos for our sales channels.
Assisting our director with projects and presentations for art galleries and collectors.
Creating engaging visual content for the website and social media platforms.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Requirements:
Self-motivated
Some knowledge of graphic design and photo editing (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc)
Digitally savvy and creatively minded
Social media managing experience
Marketing experience a plus
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational & time management skills and acute attention to detail
Impeccable written and verbal communications skills
Ability to prioritize daily tasks
Fluent English required; bilingual speakers a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $13.00 to $15.00 /hour
