This role requires precise organization, an exacting eye for detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced gallery environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Cultivate and develop client relationships to drive sales and engagement
Serve as liaison between the gallery and its represented artists
Maintain a thorough understanding of each artist’s practice, biography, and current body of work
Manage and strengthen relationships with collectors, curators, press, and museum professionals
Oversee sales follow-up, invoicing coordination, and inventory tracking in collaboration with the operations team
Represent the gallery at openings and select events
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in contemporary art sales, artist management, or related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in database and CRM systems (Artlogic experience preferred)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and discretion
A proactive, resourceful approach and enthusiasm for collaboration
This is a part-time, temporary position based in West Hollywood, ideal for an experienced sales professional. The position will run end of November/early December through April 2026. Pay will be hourly and commission based.
