LS-Projects PR is looking for an experienced account administrator in researching, executing, and monitoring PR strategies. This role involves supporting media coordination, public relations, events and marketing materials. In addition to supporting overall account coordination, the role will include logistics and strategic planning. Strong interest in the art world and cultural media landscape is preferred. This role reports directly to the founder.
Responsibilities:
Conduct targeted media outreach research using MuckRack and others
Coordinate all visual and written assets for press kits
Support administrative tasks in a timely manner
Fact check and support drafting of press releases and other materials required for press outreach
Create HTML email outreach and ensure accurate formatting
Pitch and liaise with journalists as appropriate
Assist and project manage action items and ensure a smooth workflow
Understand big picture goals and needs, and translate them to smaller scale tasks to implement projects with accuracy and efficiency, maintaining office systems
2–4 years of experience working in communications or PR; agency experience is a plus
Attention to detail and ability to respond in a timely manner is a must
Willingness to work with a small team and on many concurrent projects in an often fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational, writing, communication skills
Maintain keen judgment and and discretion
Have an understanding of the contemporary art and media landscape
Experience in Google Suite, Mailchimp, and Adobe Suites, MuckRack a bonus
