Main tasks:

• design and implement distribution strategies, including residencies, co-productions, and presentations

• position OHT within national, European, and international networks

• carry out PR activities, maintaining institutional contacts and relationships

• build medium and long-term collaborations with cultural institutions

• attend festivals and other initiatives to develop professional connections

• work proficiently in English (knowledge of other languages, including Italian, is a plus)

• conceiving cultural projects and exploring new production models

• experience in distributing and/or curating performing, visual and/or music arts

• in-depth knowledge of a European linguistic area and its cultural dynamics

• relationships with institutions, networks, and familiarity with their programming procedures

• strong attitude for public relations and dialogue with institutions and cultural operators

• ability to work independently, in a team, and with a problem-solving mindset

• willingness to travel

• interest in, knowledge of, and alignment with OHT’s vision and values
