The Architectural League seeks a highly engaged, energetic individual who is deeply interested in architecture and the built environment to serve as Program Manager. As an integral member of the League team, the Program Manager works closely with the Program Director to organize the League’s ambitious programming, including lectures, competitions, mentorship programs, publications, exhibitions, and other projects. League programs create stimulating opportunities for the presentation and discussion of significant work; encourage the development of young designers; promote equity and inclusion in architecture; and address critical issues in the built environment.
While the League staff is currently working remotely, we anticipate returning to our office and therefore the Program Manager must be located in, or willing to relocate to, the New York City region. We cannot pay relocation expenses. The salary range for this position is $52,000 to $57,000, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance and paid time off (vacation, sick days, personal days), as well as a subsidized unlimited monthly Metrocard once work ceases to be remote. We strongly encourage people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, people with disabilities, and others who may contribute to the diversity of perspectives on the League staff to apply.
