Company History

We’re NINE dot ARTS. From hotels, multi-family residential properties, and offices to large-scale, mixed use developments and interactive public art installations, our team leverages the power of original art to transform ordinary places into one-of-a-kind experiences. We curate inspiring collections that not only present a visual narrative, but connect people to places and brands.

We’ve completed 825 commercial real estate projects, worked in 35 states and four countries, and generated $35M total ($6M annually) in revenue for the creative economy since 2009. We make jobs in the arts, and build opportunities for artists. We’re a creative powerhouse, and we’re growing.

Summary

The Project Coordinator is a member of our Acquisitions team. This role takes our art curation work and brings it to the finish line. You will be in charge of acquiring all artwork from a variety of sources, negotiating pricing, ensuring preparation, and overseeing installations on a client site. That means stellar coordination skills to get all the right pieces of information from our Curators, purchase from artists and galleries and vendors, get artwork printed and framed and prepared for shipping and hanging, work with constantly shifting deadlines to schedule professional art installers, make game-time decisions when there’s a surprise in the wall finishes, and ensure everyone’s work culminates in the installation of a world-class art program. This is a role that is high in both urgency and satisfaction.

This role is based in the Denver, CO area, and will be managed by our Project Manager, Lauren Donald. The Project Coordinator will have a desk in our open and art-filled Denver office, with flexibility to work from home. Some travel is required for out-of-state installations and team meetings.
