Summary of Position:
New Project is seeking an individual excited, and determined to work through design challenges to realize physical results from conceptual renderings. This person is responsible for spearheading the evaluation, refinement, and execution of RFPs. As such, s/he should have a diverse knowledge of materials, fabrication & installation techniques, and design approaches so that s/he may work, in collaboration, to create production designs, methods and schedules.
Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibility include but are not limited to:
Facilitate client communications to ensure client directives and company commitments are understood by external and internal.
Collaborate in the creation of production drawings.
Create procurement list for awarded projects.
Define resource allocation and logistical needs for awarded projects.
Identify areas for improved efficiency and value engineering.
Actively participate in Project Management & CRM software.
Oversee fabrication time-line and procedures with time, quality, and budget considerations in mind.
Requirements
Exceedingly productive in a Mac environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
